Dear Parents,

     Now that the warm summer days are upon us, please remember to send in plenty of sunscreen and insect repellent for your child. Water play begins the week of the 5^th. Your child will need a bathing suit, closed topped water shoes and a towel all clearly labeled with your child’s name. If your child wears sandals to school, for safety sake, provide a pair of sneakers for outdoor play. 

 Read below to be in the know:

     *  Since Independence Day falls on a Sunday, the school will be closed

         Monday, the 5^th.

     *  When Miss Melissa goes on vacation from the 6^th-16^th, Miss Rose is

         out from the 9^th-14^th and Miss Nikki is enjoying a little R&R the

         week of the 26^th, Miss Felicia M. will be filling in for them.

     *  Recently Miss Nikki celebrated her fourth year of teaching at Kalia

         Schools, Miss Lisa her fifth and Miss Phyllis her thirteenth.

     *  Miss Felicia M. has announced she will be getting married on

         October 27, 2012. Congratulations, Felicia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     *  Check our Sizzling Summer Fun sheet for our fun activities for the

         summer.

     *  This summer the children will have a ball on Summer Fun Fridays.

         This will give all the children the opportunity experience the wonders

         of the 4.0 Room. The teachers have some wacky activities planned to

         end off the week in high style.

     *  CAUTION: Please drive slowly coming down the hill and through

         the parking lot.
